A true classic in China, the Gunpowder is one of the most popular teas throughout the whole of Asia. Our harvesters pick fresher, sweeter leaves than those used for standard gunpowder. Then, a special rolling technique is used to craft these shiny, compact nuggets of tea. It is unheard of that such a fine tea like this is grown and processed within the parameters of organic certification. From immaculately clean, perfectly transparent liquor, a smooth, slightly astringent taste precedes the subtle aftertaste of fresh Camellia sinensis leaves.
