In the cold spring, fresh young buds from bushes specially - selected for white tea are harvested and then hand - rolled into tight ‘pearls’ to make this tea. The dried ‘pearls’ are then laid down with heaps of night - flowering jasmine flowers which are discarded when morning arrives. Night after night – at least six times – the tea is intermingled with the heady aroma of fresh jasmine flowers. This results in an outstanding jasmine experience that does not wash out even after numerous infusions!
