Due to its nature, the structure of mushrooms' fiber makes it almost impossible to dry and grind it in the form of powder without loosing its qualities.
This why we insist on natural form of slices, that be "cooked" into decoction.
The recepie is simple:
1. Rinse with cold water
2. Prepare hot water - about 1ltr per person a day would be just fine
3. Put mushroom slices in - about 4-5 medium pcs per ltr
4. After water starts to boil, turn down the heat to low, and keep it that way for about 20-25 minutes.
5. Turn of the heat - your decoction is ready to consumpiton.

Please be advice, according to Chinese Tradition, decoction shouldn't be cold nor hot. The just right is "luke warm" temp.
Drink it as herbal tea for whole day, the results will begin to come within a week. Don't stop until you finish your 1pound bag.
